The German House is a 100+ year old theater with a balcony, carpets and a dance floor. The stage is a traditional proscenium theater stage with curtains. The dimensions with open curtains are 30' wide x 17' deep. There is seating for 300+ seated, 400 standing, with room for 180 seated in the balcony.

Parking for a bus can be accommodated on Gregory St in front of the venue. There is enough space for a bus and trailer. Additional Buses and Semi / Box Trucks will have to be accommodated in the side patron lot next door. We can move said trucks post load in. Load in is up a two tier handicap ramp directly into the theater, in front of the stage. We use portable steps to the stage to load gear.
